I can't express my gratitude to Lisa Sisk. Lisa has been wonderful to my family and I during this emotional and devastating time.Lisa is caring,compassionate, and is very good at handling all of the business side of things that can become very overwhelming during time of grief. I would like to express again my thanks and hope to continue a great relationship with Lisa,she truly is genuine .

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home provided care and compassion that truly made a difference for our family. From the very beginning, they were incredibly understanding of our wishes. We didn’t want an elaborate or costly package, and they fully respected that. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase extras or make decisions that would have added unnecessary stress. Their approach was thoughtful, patient, and centered on what was best for our family, and not on upselling services. During the service, their staff was attentive, kind, and quietly supportive in every moment that mattered. What meant even more was the care they showed after everything was over. Weeks later, they continued to check in on us, offering support and resources for grieving families. They even took the time to help answer questions we had about Social Security, which eased a burden we didn’t even realize we’d need help with. In a time filled with grief and uncertainty, their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care stood out in a way we will never forget. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for our family.

They go out of their way to greet you with a smile. They are there to help you with any questions you may have for your loved one's way thru our grief. I felt very welcomed by everyone of the Haley McGinnis staff.

Our mother had chosen Haley McGinnis funeral home years ago and I am so glad she did. Very professional and compassionate care. My family and I were very pleased with the personal touches and heartfelt attention that was given into the details of planning the funeral of our beloved mother . Kristine was a pleasure to work with and thought of everything and gave great suggestions during a time that was very hard to think about such decisions. I was even checked on to see how we were all doing which shows how much they truly care. Thanks Kristine, Ella and staff for your wonderful care.

The staff @ Haley McGinnis were so sweet , supportive and helpful during the loss of my aunt Millie. Each person that I came in contact with during my visits & on the phone were both courteous and willing to help in anyway before, during & after Millie’s funeral. Haley McGinnis has roots in Owensboro for a reason and the staff helps to make the roots stronger by their excellent service.

During the most tragic time in my family’s life we were treated with compassion and kindness! In today’s society it’s getting more and more rare so it was very appreciated! The passing of my beautiful wife Kim had left a void that’s irreplaceable! But knowing that people from the funeral home genuinely care had made this a lot easier for my family! So, THANK TOU ALL!!!

I, and my family, would highly recommend Haley-McGinnis. This is not just a cold and detached business, this is one of those wonderful places that treats you like family. My mother passed away in 2017, and my father just recently passed away March 5th. Both of those experiences were as best as could be expected under the circumstances. Both my mother, and my father who was a veteran, were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. And everything was just right. If you find yourself at one of life's most difficult moments, sending your loved one here to be taken care of is simply the right thing to do.
